深圳市观澜街道2008-2012年托幼机构消毒监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解辖区托幼机构消毒质量工作现状,找出存在问题,提出改进措施。方法通过回顾性调查方法,收集2008-2012年辖区托幼机构消毒质量监测数据,对数据进行统计分析。结果 2008-2012年托幼机构消毒质量监测共采集样本3 997份,合格样品3 490份,合格率为87.32%;各年度合格率分别为85.44%、90.06%、89.53%、87.49%、81.71%,各年度检测合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=31.889,P<0.05),有逐年下降趋势。单项样品检测合格率为玩具98.05%,室内空气97.91%,物体表面87.10%,工作人员手76.50%,紫外线灯55.14%;春夏季物体表面、工作人员手检测合格率以及总监测合格率高于秋冬季。结论辖区托幼机构的消毒质量监测合格率有逐年下降趋势,疾控机构对托幼机构需加强管理,对工作人员进行相关知识与技能的培训,特别是手卫生教育。Objective To learn the status of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens in Guanlan subdistrict of Shenzhen city, to find the problems and put forward the improvement measures. Methods By using retrospective survey, the monitoring data of disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Guanlan subdistfict from 2008-2012 were collected, and the disinfection quality was analyzed statistically. Results ： A total of 3 997 samples were detected from 2008-2012, 3 490 samples Were qualified, and the total qualified rate of disinfection quality was 87.32%. The annual qualified rate in five years was85A4%, 90.06%, 89.53%, 87.49%, 81.71%, respectively. There was significant difference among the annual qualified rates （~=31.889, P〈0.05）, and with a downward trend year by year. The qualified rate of toy was 98.05%, and the object surface was 87.10%, hand oftbe staffwas 76：50%, ultra-violet lamp was 55.14%. The total qualified rate and the qualified rate of the object surface and hand of the staffin spring and summer were higher than the qualified rate in autumn and winter. Conclusion The qualification rate decreased year by year, there am still something to be improved. We must strengthen the sanitation and disinfection guidance in nurseries and kindergartens, by using knowledge and skill training, especially the knowledge of hand hygiene.
