饲料中添加β-蜕皮激素对罗氏沼虾生长性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究饲料中添加β-蜕皮激素对罗氏沼虾生长性能的影响。选择平均体重为0.34g同一批虾苗800尾,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复50尾：对照组（Ⅰ）投喂基础饲料,试验组是在基础饲料中分别添加0.5mg/kg（Ⅱ）、2.5mg/kg（Ⅲ）、5mg/kg（Ⅳ）的β-蜕皮激素,试验期60d。结果显示：添加不同量β-蜕皮激素对试验虾末均重、增重、增重率、瞬时增重率、蛋白效率比、饲料系数、成活率、肥满度均无显著影响（P〉0.05）。试验结果表明,饲料中添加0~5.0mg/kg的β-蜕皮激素对罗氏沼虾生长没有促进作用。The study was carded out to investigate the effect of β -ecdysone on growth perfonnance of Macrobrachiumrosenbergii. Select the average weight was 0.34g with a number of fry 800 end, were randomly divided into 4 groups, each had 4 repeats, and each repeat had 50 shrimps： the control group （ I ）was fed with basal diet, the test group was in the basal diet supplemented with 0.5 mg/kg （ Ⅱ）, 2.5 mg/kg （ Ⅲ）, 5 mg/kg （ Ⅳ ） 13-ecdysone, test amounts of [3-ecdysone on shrimp are heavy, at the end of test weight, weight gain rate,fatness had no significant effect （P〉0.05）.Thus, adding 0 - 5.0mg/kg β-ecdysone on growth performancedid not promote the growth of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
