摘 要:本文采用数值方法对一个三级离心压缩机的级间影响进行了研究,比较了按均匀进口计算单独级方法的该级的性能曲线和按多级连算条件下得到的该级的性能曲线,发现在设计流量下,两种计算方法得到的同一级的性能最为接近;小流量情况下,多级的级间影响会使下一级的级压比和效率有所提高;大流量情况下则会使下一级的级压比和效率降低。级间影响在大流量下的效应大于在小流量下的效应。Numerical simulations were conducted for a 3-stage centrifugal compressor, focusing on the interaction between its stages. For a stage in the multistage compressor, its characteristics can be simulated either by assuming a uniform inlet flow or by obtaining its flows via computing the flow field of the multistage compressor as a whole. By comparing the characteristics of the same stage using the above two approaches, it is found that the two approaches give very close performance prediction for the same rear stage at design flow rate. On the other hand, the interaction between stages leads to a higher predicted pressure ratio and efficiency at the low flow rate while an inferior predicted performance at the high flow rate. The interaction effect becomes more serious at the high flow rate than at the low flow rate.
