摘　　要：随着新医改推进和药品流通企业商业模式的转型,基于VMI供应商管理库存,构建医院药品供应保障系统成为业内关注的热点。本文借鉴国外SPD管理模式,提出了利用信息技术构建医院药品供应保障平台的主要思路,并结合相关企业的应用实践,分析研究了具体技术架构及解决方案;并就平台的进一步建设推广提出有关建议。With the push of new round of China＆#39;s medical and health system reform and the transformation of the drug distribution business model ,it became the focus of attention that establish the hospital drug provision and support system by VMI （Vendor managed inventory） . This article draws on foreign SPD management model, and build the main idea of hospital medicine supply assurance Platform based on information technology . And in conjunction with the enterprise application, analysis of the specific technical architecture and solutions ;And make the relevant recommendations on further construction and promotion of the Platform.
