摘　　要：本文论述有机氟化工建设项目环境风险评价的技术路线和需要重点关注的几个问题,指出了有机氟化工建设项目环境风险分析应达到的目标,其重点是提出合理可行的防范措施、减缓措施及编制相应的应急预案,以使有机氟化工环境风险达到可接受水平,为有机氟化工建设项目环境风险评价提供参考。This paper discussed the technical route during the environmental risk assessment ot organic nuorme chemical construction project and several key issues needed to focus on, pointed out that the objectives to be achieved in the environmental risk analysis, its point is to put forward a reasonable and feasible precautions, mitigation measures and the corresponding contingency plans in order to lower the environmental risks of organic fluorine chemical to an acceptable level, and provide a reference for the environmental risk assessment of construction projects of organic fluorine chemical.
