摘 要:对高强高模聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维的耐环境影响性能进行了研究,采用电子单纤维强力仪、红外光谱(IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对经过高温、水解、酸解、碱解和紫外辐照后的高强高模PI纤维的强度、模量、伸长率、化学结构和表面形貌进行了测试和表征。结果显示,高强高模PI纤维在300?C下可长期使用,其机械性能在高温纯水和硫酸溶液中保持率近100%,在NaOH溶液中经108h后仍能保持75%左右,在紫外辐照82h后仍保持在90%以上,表明高强高模PI纤维在具有优异机械性能的同时,还具有杰出的耐环境影响性能。Environmental resistance of polyimide (PI) fibers with high strength and high modulus has been studied. Strength, modulus, elongation, chemical structures and surface morphology of the PI fibers with high strength and high modulus, which were degraded by high temperature, water, acid, alkali and ultra violet, were tested and characterized. The results show that the PI fibers with high strength and high modulus can be used for a long time at 300~C, the mechanical properties retention of the fibers in hot water and sulfuric acid solution, in NaOH solution after 108h and under ultraviolet ray after 82h can reach 100%, 75% and 90%, respectively, indicating that the PI fibers with high strength and high modulus not only have excellent mechanical properties but also possess outstanding environmental resistance performance.
