摘　　要：当代社会的知识化转型为知识产权的扩张构筑了坚实广泛的社会基础,知识产权扩张的不同维度表明知识产权的扩张与知识创新是互促共进的。在知识产权的扩张中,其促进知识创新的机制主要有:立法扩张机制、国家战略推动机制、商业促进机制和动态利益平衡机制。Knowledge-based transformation of contemporary society has laid a solid and broad social foundation for the expansion of intellectual property. The different dimensions of the expansion of intellectual property reveal that the expansion of intellectual property and the knowledge innovation are interdependent and enhance mutual promotion. In the expansion of intellectual property, the main mechanisms of promoting knowledge innovation were considered in this article, which include legislative mechanism, promotion of a national strategy mechanism, commercial promotion mechanism and dynamic interest balancing mechanism.
