摘 要:不同来源及生产工艺得到的硫酸软骨素(Chondroitin sulfate,CS)其硫酸化的位点和程度、相对分子质量均存在差异,而这是影响CS生物活性的关键因素。该文旨在通过概述CS结构和相对分子质量对其生物活性的影响,促进CS的进一步深入研究和临床应用。通过查阅近年来国内外发表的相关文献,对其进行整理、归纳、分析与总结。该文综述了CS结构和相对分子质量的差异,以及这些差异对CS的药代动力学、抗氧化、抗骨关节炎、抗凝血等生物活性的影响。观察到CS的活性与其结构和相对分子质量息息相关,并深入研究了CS结构和相对分子质量与其活性之间的内在关系,将有利于提高CS临床应用的安全性、有效性,更有利于拓展CS的临床应用价值。In chondroitin sulfate (CS) derived from various animal sources by varied manufacturing processes,there is a difference in percentage of sulfated disaccharides, degree of sulfation,position of sulfate groups and relative molecular mass,which is responsible for different and specialized functions of CS. The objective of this paper is to review the different structure and relative molecular mass of CS as well as its effect on biological activity. It will help the promotion of CS further research and clinical applications. Many related papers published at home and abroad have been organized ,analyzed and summarized to draft the review. This paper reviewed the diversity of structure and relative molecular mass of CS and its effect on biological activity including pharmacokinetics, antioxidation, anticoagulation, antiinflammatory and so on. The activity of CS is closely related to its structure and the relative molecular mass. Therefore, the in-depth study of the intrinsic relationship among the activity and the structure and the relative molecular mass will be good to improve the safety and effectiveness of CS clinical applications. Moreover,it will be conducive to expand the clinical value of CS.
