摘　　要：改革开放以来,理论界和政界就新型农民合作经济发展展开了深入的理论辨析,其主题主要有三:一是新型农民合作经济的组织形态;二是新型农民合作经济的原则;三是政府在新型合作经济发展中的行为定位。深刻的理论辨析直接推动了改革开放时期新型农民合作经济的健康快速发展。Since China＇s reform and opening up, the theoretical circle and government develop theoret- ical analysis of new farmers＇ cooperative economy. There are three theories of the subject： the new farmer cooperative economy organization form, the principle of new type of farmers cooperative economy, and government＇s behavior orientation in the development of new cooperative economy. Profound theoretical discrimination directly promotes the healthy and rapid development of new farmer cooperative economy during the period of the reform and opening up.
