摘 要:为了提升农业机械化水平,实现机具的合理配备与选型。以技术经济学中成本理论为基础,建立玉米机械化生产中整地、播种、收获作业机具的作业费用数学模型,进而分析其主要机具的工作效率、作业成本、最小和最大临界规模;并提出100hm2玉米机械化生产机具配备方案,实现免耕播种,联合收获同时秸秆还田,取代了背负式玉米收获机和秸秆粉碎还田机,可以节省机具费用345元·hm-2,既减少机组的数量,又节本增效。It is for the sake of enhancing the level of agricultural mechanization to equip suitale machinery. A mathematical model was developed for land preparation, sowing and harvesting machine for corn mechanization on the basis of technical and economic theory. The main working implement cost and efficiency as well as maximum and minimum scales were analyzed. At the same time, a machinery equipment plan for 100 hectares corn production was put forward to realize no-till seeding. 345 yuan .hm-2 in the machine cost could be saved by combined harvesting and straw returning instead of knapsack corn harvester and smashed straw machine, which may reduce the amount of machine unit and increase efficiency.
