摘 要:用棉隆与生化黄腐酸处理茄子设施土壤,在茄子定植期、开花期、结果期和收获期4个时期分别采集茄子根际土壤进行土壤中真菌多样性测定。结果表明:从采集的土样中共分离获得真菌2010株,鉴定出25属57种真菌,其中曲霉菌(Aspergillius spp.)、镰孢菌(Fusarium spp.)和青霉菌(Penicillium spp.)为优势种群。从不同处理的土壤含菌量上看,在茄子的不同生长期中,棉隆与生化黄腐酸混合处理土壤中的真菌含量低于单用棉隆处理。不同处理的土壤中真菌种群多样性水平存在显著差异,棉隆与生化黄腐酸混合处理的土壤真菌多样性指数和丰富度为最低。The greenhouse soil was treated with dazomet and biotechnology fulvic acid and fungal diversity of the soil was studied with soil samples of eggplant rhizosphere at stage of planting , flowering , fruiting and harvesting, respectively. The results showed that a total 2010 fungal isolates were obtained and 57 species of 25 genera were identified by fungal morphology. The Aspergillius spp., Fusarium spp.and Penicillium spp. were the dominant fungal species. The soil fungi contents with the treatment of mixing dazomet and biotechnology fulvic acid was lower comparing with the treatment of dazomet at different eggplant growing stages. The diversity of fungi in different treatments were significantly different and the Shannon diversity index and Margalef richness index were the lowest with treatments of the mixing of dazomet and biotechnology fulvic acid.
