摘 要:目的 探讨新诊断T2DM男性患者血脂与骨密度(BMD)的相关性. 方法 选取新诊断T2DM男性患者280例,分析血脂与年龄、BMI、BMD、骨矿含量(BMC)的关系. 结果 新诊断T2DM男性患者TG与BMD、BMC呈正相关,HDL-C与BMD、BMC呈负相关.Logistic多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄(OR=1.045,95%CI:0.054~2.756,P=0.0418)、BMI(OR=1.328,95%CI:0.6947~3.2650,P=0.0275)、TG(OR=1.453,95% CI:0.544~5.674,P=0.0476)和HDL-C(OR=1.985,95%CI:0.113~4.156,P=0.0337)是股骨颈BMD的独立影响因素. 结论 新诊断T2DM男性患者TG、HDL-C与BMD存在相关性,年龄、BMI与BMD也存在相关性.Objective To investigate the potential relationship between lipidemia and bone mineral density (BMD) in newly diagnosed male T2DM patients.Methods The relationship of blood lipid with age,BMI,BMD,bone mineral content (BMC) were analyzed by Pearson's correlation test in 280 newly diagnosed male patients with T2DM.Results In newly diagnosed male patients with T2DM,TG was positively correlated with BMD and BMC,while HDL-C was negative related with BMD and BMC.Logistic regression analysis revealed that the age (OR=1.045,95 %CI:0.054~2.756,P=0.0418),BMI (OR=1.328,95% CI:0.6947 ~ 3.2650,P =0.0275),TG (OR =1.453,95% CI:0.544 ~ 5.674,P =0.0476) and HDL-C (OR=1.985,95%CI:0.113 ~4.156,P=0.0337) were the independent relative factors of neck of femur BMD.Conclusion TG and HDL-C has correlation with BMD in newly diagnosed male patients with T2DM,meanwhile,age and BMI are related to BMD.
