摘  要:对安徽南部8个样点的土壤和紫云英样品总硒含量进行调查和检测,并以亚硒酸钠为硒源,通过紫云英的水培、盆栽及大田施硒实验,探讨硒在紫云英的根、茎、叶、花和种子中的积累特征及赋存形态的变化。结果表明:安徽南部8个调查样点的土壤大部分为富硒土壤,其中,宁国采样点为高硒土壤。在自然状态下,紫云英不同部位的硒含量为根>花>叶>茎。适度施硒能够显著提高紫云英植株的硒含量,但施硒过量(≥5mg/L水培、≥250.00g/hm2试验田)会对紫云英生长造成一定的伤害。在一定浓度范围内,紫云英地上部分和地下部分的硒含量随施硒量的增加而增加。紫云英各部分的硒含量因施硒方式不同存在显著性的差异,水培施硒有利于根部对硒的积累,土培施硒有利于其地上部分对硒的积累。不同生长发育时期,紫云英不同器官硒的含量如下:现蕾期,根>叶>茎;盛花期,根>花>叶>茎;成熟期,根>种子>叶>茎。紫云英植株硒积累以SeMet、SeCys2、SeMeCys、Se(IV)和少量其它未知硒的形态存在。其中,根部所积累的硒主要以SeMet、SeCys2、SeMeCys的形态存在;其他器官主要以SeMet的形态存在。The total selenium (Se) content of the 8 soil sam investigated and tested. And sodium selenite as Se source, pies and Astragalus sinicus in southern Anhui was hydroponics, pot culture and field experiments of Se-supplement on Astragalus sinicus was conducted in order to discuss Se accumulation characteristics and various Se forms in roots, stems, leaves and flowers. The results showed that the majority area in the south of Anhui was Se-enriched areas, especially for Ningguo area. High Se soil was found in Ningguo and Se content of Astragalus sinicus at natural growth condition arranged as follows: roots)flowers〉leaves〉stems. Hydroponics and soil added with Se could significantly increase Se content in plants, while excessive Se (≥5 mg/L hydroponics and≥250.00 g/hm2 field) would cause certain harm to plants. In a certain range of con- centration, milk vetch of aboveground part and underground part of Se content increased with increasing Se content . The Se content of each part of Astragalus sinicus existed significantly because of differences of Se in different ways, hydroponic Se was conducive to root of Se accumulation. Soil Se was beneficial to the ground part of Se accumulation. Se content of different parts of plants in different growth stages were as follows: squaring stage, roots 〉 leaves) stems, full-bloom stage, roots) flowers 〉 leaves) stems, mature stage, roots)seeds2〉leaves)stems. Se forms of Astragalus sinicus existed in the form of SeMet, SeCys2, ScMeCys, Se(IV) and a small amount of other unknown Se forms. Se forms in roots existed in the majority of SeMet, SeCys2 and SeMeCys, while SeMet was the major form in other plant organs.
