摘  要:目的:探讨白细胞介素17(IL-17)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和宫颈癌发生与发展中的作用。方法:选取正常宫颈组织10例、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织90例(其中CINⅠ、CINⅡ和CINⅢ各30例),宫颈癌组织30例,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测各组中IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1蛋白的表达水平,并分析其表达水平的变化。结果:IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌组织中表达依次增高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=114.50,P=0.000;χ2=81.257,P=0.000;χ2=99.644,P=0.000);IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1表达呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.584,P<0.01;r=0.393,P<0.01)。结论:IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1表达与CIN病变级别及宫颈癌相关,提示IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1可能参与了子宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌的发生和发展过程。Objective: To explore the roles of interleukin - 17 ( IL - 17 ), intedeukin - 6 ( IL - 6 ) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1 ) in occurrence and aggravation of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer. Methods: Ten nor- mal cervical tissue samples, ninety CIN tissue samples ( thirty CIN I tissue samples, thirty CIN II tissue samples and thirty CIN ]]I tissue samples) and thirty cervical cancer tissue samples were collected, immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of IL- 17 protein, IL-6 protein and TGF-β1 protein, the changes of expression levels were analyzed. Results: The expression levels of IL- 17, IL- 6 and TGF-β1 in normal cervical tissue, CIN tissue and cervical cancer tissue increased successively, there were statistically significant differences among the three groups (x^2= 114. 50, P = 0. 000 ; x^2 = 81. 257, P = 0. 000 ; x^2 = 99. 644, P =0O. 003) ; the expression levels of IL - 17 and IL - 6 were positively correlated with the expression level of TGF -β1 ( r = 0. 584, P 〈 0. 01 ; r = 0. 393, P 〈0. 01) . Conclusion: The expressions of IL - 17, IL -6 and TGF -β1 are associated with the degree of CIN and cervical cancer, which indicate that IL- 17, IL- 6 and TGF-β1 may play roles in occurrence and aggravation of CIN and cervical cancer.
