摘  要:以天津市南开区水上公园和西青区农学院的4种湿地植物千屈菜、荷花、蒲草、芦苇为试材,对其叶片中过氧化物酶活性(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行测定分析,探究其生理特性。结果表明:芦苇和蒲草的生理特性优于千屈菜和荷花,其中以荷花的最弱。在水上公园生长的植物其生理特性普遍好于天津农学院东校。Taking Typha latifola , Phragmites communis T. , L ythrum salicaria L. and Nelumb onuci f era Gaertn four wetland plant that planted in Tianjin water park and Tianjin Agricultural University as trail materials,peroxidase activity (POD) ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in their leaves were measured and analyzed to explore their physiological characteristics. The results showed that physiological characteristics of Typha latifola and Phragmites communis T. were better than those of Lythrum salicaria L. and Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn, physiological characteristics of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn were the weakest. Physiological characteristics of plants growing in the water park were generally better than Tianjin Agricultural University.
