摘  要:目的探讨转移相关基因(metastasis-associated gene,MTA-1)与增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在腺性膀胱炎中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测30例正常膀胱黏膜、30例腺性膀胱炎、30例膀胱移行细胞癌中MTA-1及PCNA的表达。结果 MTA-1在腺性膀胱炎中表达阳性率为53.33%(16/30),比其在正常膀胱黏膜中表达的阳性率(0%,0/30)显著增高(P<0.05),比其在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的阳性率(66.67%,20/30)降低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);PCNA在腺性膀胱炎中表达的阳性率为46.67%(14/30),显著高于其在正常膀胱黏膜中表达的阳性率(0%,0/30)(P<0.05),低于其在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的阳性率(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05)。结论 MTA-1及PCNA在正常膀胱黏膜中均无表达,但二者在腺性膀胱炎中均有表达,其表达率介于正常膀胱黏膜与膀胱移行细胞癌之间,提示MTA-1及PCNA的表达在膀胱肿瘤的发生中起重要作用,推测腺性膀胱炎为良性病变,有向恶性病变发展的潜能,MTA-1及PCNA在研究腺性膀胱炎与膀胱肿瘤的关系中具有重要意义。【Objective】The present study was undertaken to determine the expression of metastasis-associated gene(MTA-1) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in cystitis glandularis and to explore their potential clinical implication.【Methods】The immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of MTA-1 and PCNA in30 specimens of normal mucosa of bladder, 30 specimens of patients with cystitis glandularis and 30 specimens of patients with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. 【Results】The ratio of MTA-1 positive expression was 53.33%(16/30) in cystitis glandularis specimens, which was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa of bladder specimens(0%, 0/30)(P 0.05) and lower than that in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder specimens(66.67%, 20/30).The ratio of PCNA positive expression was 46.67%(14/30) in cystitis glandularis specimens, which was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa of bladder specimens(0%, 0/30)(P 0.05) and lower than that in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder specimens(73.33%, 22/30)(P 0.05). The ratio of MTA-1 and PCNA positive expression in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder specimens wasboth significantly higher than those in normal mucosa of bladder specimens(P 0.05). 【Conclusions】There was no positive expression of MTA-1 and PCNA in normal mucosa of bladder. However, there were positive expression of both MTA-1 and PCNA in cystitis glandularis, in which the positive ratios of these two proteins were between the ratios in normal mucosa of bladder and transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. It was suggested that MTA-1 and PCNA might be important in the development of bladder carcinoma;cystitis glandularis might be benign lesion but have the potential to change into malignant lesion; it was of great value to study MTA-1 and PCNA for clarifying the relevance between cystitis glandularis and carcinoma of bladder.
