自拟热哮宁汤合并常规治疗对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者肺功能的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟热哮宁汤配合常规治疗对支气管哮喘急性发作期辨证为热哮证患者肺功能的影响。方法选择支气管哮喘急性发作期(辨证为热哮证)患者76例,随机分为两组。治疗组:热哮宁汤口服配合常规治疗;对照组:支气管扩张剂+糖皮质激素吸入为基础的常规治疗。治疗前和治疗3天后测定肺通气功能FEV1和FEV1/FVC。结果治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者FEV1和FEV1/FVC均显著增加(P<0.01和P<0.05),但以热哮宁汤改善最为明显(P<0.01)。结论热哮宁汤口服配合常规治疗对支气管哮喘急性发作期辨证为热哮证患者临床疗效更好,较常规治疗更能改善肺功能,可成为支气管哮喘急性发作期治疗的重要手段。【Objective】 To observe the effect of conventional therapy combined with Rexiaoning decoction（RXND） on pulmonary function in acute asthmatics. 【Method】76 patients with acute asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The therapy group was treated with conventional therapy combined with RXND,and control groupwas treated with bronchodilators and budesonide inhalation, meanwhile twenty healthy volunteers were selected as healthy control group. The conventional pulmonary function FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were measured before an after threeday treatment.【Results】FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were obviously increased in the two groups after treatment（P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.05）, but the improvement was more significant in the therapy group（P〈 0.01）.【Conclusion】The effect of conventional therapy combined with RXND on pulmonary function was superior to simply conventional therapy in acute asthmatics, it could become an important therapeutical method in treating patients with acute asthma.
