摘 要:目的探讨经皮内镜胃造瘘术在重型颅脑损伤(SCCI)营养治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性收集100例SCCI患者病例资料,按肠内营养方式分为留置胃管组和PEG组,比较两组的营养指标、并发症发生率和预后情况。结果中远期的营养状况:3周后血红蛋白及血清白蛋白水平胃造瘘(PEG)组明显好于留置胃管组,反流误吸等并发症发生率PEG组明显低于留置胃管组。PEG组带管时间长,患者耐受良好,预后更佳。结论PEG可以作为SCCI患者营养治疗的首选方法,值得在临床推广。[ Objective ] To explore the clinical application of PEG in the nutritional support of patients with severe cranioeerebral injury. [Methods ] The data of 100 cases patients with SCCI were retrospectively collected.The cases were divided into indwelling gastric tube group and PEG groupby the way of enteral nutrition, two groups of nutrition indicators, complications and prognosis were compared. [Results] Long-term nutritional status: three weeks after the hemoglobin and serum albumin level in gastrostomy tube fistula (PEG) group was significantly better than that of indwelling gastric tube group, reflux incidence of complications in PEG aspiration group was lower than that indwelling gastric tube group . Patients with long tube, PEG group was well tolerated,the prognosis was more better. [ Conclusions ] PEG can be used as the preferred method, the nutrition therapy of SCCI patients is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
