变截面辊弯汽车零件碰撞性能优化设计与分析

摘  要:提出一种新的汽车保险零件优化设计方法,即根据碰撞时保险零件所受的载荷分布,基于ABAQUS/ATOM模块功能,对变截面保险零件进行碰撞有限元数值模拟并优化保险零件的结构特征,使保险零件在减轻重量的同时具备更强的吸能能力。通过对优化前后零件的碰撞吸能和变形情况进行分析与比较可知,优化后,吸能提高约31.16%、并且质量更轻。最后,通过改变碰撞速度,再次对优化后零件的吸能情况进行验证,结果表明,优化后的零件在更高的碰撞速度下,吸能能力提高,但速度过高吸能效果不明显。A new optimization design method for auto safety parts was put forward. According to the load distribution of safety parts when crashing and based on the module function of ABAQUS/ATOM, the crash for variable sections of safety parts was simulated and the struc- ture features of safety parts were optimized, which makes the safety parts have lower weight and stronger capaeity of energy absorption. By comparing the capacity of energy absorption and deformation before and after optimization, the optimized safety parts with energy absorp- tion improved by 31.16% and lower weight are obtained. Finally, the energy absorption situation of optimized parts were verified through changing crashing speed, the results show that the energy absorption capacity of optimized parts is improved under higher crashing speed. But the energy absorption effect is not obvious under too high crashing speed.
