城镇化进程与中部地区经济增长——基于1978—2011年省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：采用1978—2011年中国中部地区六个省的省级面板数据,实证分析人口城镇化和产业城镇化对中部地区经济增长的影响和作用。结果表明:产业城镇化对中部地区经济增长具有显著的促进作用,但人口城镇化的影响不显著;人口城镇化对安徽、湖北经济增长的影响显著为正,对江西、河南的影响显著为负,但对山西、湖南的影响不显著;产业城镇化对安徽、湖北经济增长的影响不显著,但对山西、江西、河南、湖南均具有显著的促进作用。Using the panel data of 6 provinces in the central China from 1978 to 2011,the paper empirically analyses the effects of urbanization on economic grow th in the central China. The analysis results show that industry urbanization has positive impacts on economic grow th but has not significant impacts on population urbanization in the central China. The relationship betw een population urbanization and economic grow th is significantly positive in Anhui Province and Hubei Province,significantly negative in Jiangxi Province and Henan Province,and not significant in Shanxi Province and Hunan Province. The relationship betw een industry urbanization and economic grow th is not significant in Anhui Province and Hubei Province,but significantly positive in other provinces in central China.
