摘 要:[目的]探索不同种植密度下半夏叶片气孔特性的变化.[方法]取5个不同种植密度下的半夏叶片,撕取其下表皮制片、显微观察,随机选取5个视野,记载气孔频度、气孔长轴和短轴.[结果]不同种植密度下半夏叶片气孔频度的差异不显著,其变化范围为80.48 ~ 92.09个/mm2;而随着种植密度的增加,叶片气孔器的长轴和短轴长度均表现出“上升-平稳-上升”的变化趋势.当半夏块茎用量从1 875 kg/hm2增加至3 375 kg/hm2时,气孔器的长轴长度从41.943 0 μm增加至50.941 4 μm,短轴长度从25.739 3 μm增加至35.342 8 μm,且最高值和最低值差异极显著.[结论]种植密度对半夏叶片气孔器的大小影响较为明显.[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the stomatal characteristics changes of Pinellia ternate leaves in different planting densities.[Method] To pick the leaves of Pinellia ternate under five different planting density,to tear lower epidermis of the leaves and to make the temporary slides.In microscopic observation,the selected randomly five views were used to record the stomatal frequency,long axis and short axis.[Result] The difference of stomatal frequency in leaves under different planting densities was not significant,its changc range was from 80.48 to 92.09 per square millimeter.The "up-steady-up" change trends of major axis length and minor axis length of stomatal apparatus were appeared with the increase of planting density.The length axis length was increased from 41.943 0 μm to 50.941 4 μn,and minor axis length was increased from 25.739 3 μm to 35.342 8 μm with the tuber dosage was increased from 1 875 kg/hm2 to 3 375 kg/hm2,and the difference between maximum value and the minimum value was highly significant.[Conclusion] The influence that planting density in regard to the stomata1 apparatus of Pinellia ternate leaves was significant.
