深翻晒垡防治根结线虫研究

摘　　要：[目的]探明深翻晒垡对防治根结线虫的影响。[方法]对烤烟移栽前2个月至移栽前7 d进行不同时间、不同深度的深翻晒垡7个处理,对其农艺性状、经济效益、根结线虫数量、根结线虫发病率、防效进行统计。[结果]移栽前2个月进行的20、40 cm的土壤深翻晒垡处理,从根结线虫发生程度、上等烟、均价、产量、产值综合考虑,表现较好;在防效方面,各处理间差异不大。[结论]深翻晒垡对防治根结线虫、增加经济效益有一定的促进作用。[Objective] The aim was to ascertain the impact of deep plowing and sun mattress on the prevention of root-knot nematode.[Method] Before transplanting of pre-transplanting two months to one week,the field experiment was conducted to define the control of seven kinds of treatments in different times and at different depths,and its agronomic traits,economic benefits,the incidence and amount of root-knot nematode were surveyed.[Result] The two treatments of deep plowing and sun mattress of 20 and 40 cm in two months before transplanting were better,including the occurrence degree of root-knot nematode,price,yields,yield values and high class leaf; the control effect had a little differences among the treatments.[Conclusion] Deep plouing and sun mattress can promot the prevention of root-knot nematode and increase economic efficiency.
