浙江省磐安县休闲农业旅游资源评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：在参考现有的国内外相关的旅游资源评价体系研究的基础上,遵循科学性、综合性等准则,构建符合中国农业特点的旅游资源评价指标体系,包括3个层次23个指标,从基地自然条件、资源产业价值、旅游开发条件和投资开发意愿4个方面对休闲农业旅游资源进行系统地测量,同时给出相应指标的评价标准,并通过制订评分等级标准与确定评价指标权重以及建立综合评价模型,按提出的评价体系对浙江省磐安县的休闲农业旅游资源进行了评价,为后期的磐安县县域休闲农业旅游规划提供了重要的参考依据,并证明了体系的可操作性。On the basis of reviewing researches about tourism resource evaluation index system at home and abroad,obeying scientific,comprehensive and other principles,the tourism evaluation index system was constructed according to China agricultural characteristics,including 3 layers and 23 indicators,leisure agricultural tourism resources were measured from four aspects of base natural conditions,resource industry value,tourism development conditions,investment willingness.The evaluation standard of corresponding indexes was put forward,the comprehensive evaluation model was established through determining evaluation idex weight.At the same time,the leisure agricultural tourism resource in Panan County,Zhejiang Province was evaluated,which will provide an important reference basis for tourism planning in Panan County,the operability of the system was proved.
