内蒙古耕地资源人口承载力研究

摘　　要：近十年来,内蒙古通过实施能源战略,经济社会高速发展,工业化、城市化进程越来越快,大批耕地在建设中被征收,加之粮食作物种植结构的变化,耕地人口承载力的潜在压力逐渐显现出来,对区域可持续发展构成一定的威胁。该研究运用灰色系统模型对耕地资源人口承载力进行研究,提出耕地与人口协调发展的途径,为当地政府制定相应的发展策略提供参考。Over the past decade,Inner Mongolia saw rapid economic development and fast growth of industrialization and urbanization with the strategy of energy development.The occupation of vast area of farmland and the variation of planting structure of grain crops caused great pressure on population capacity of cultivated land resources and threatened the sustainable development of this region.In this article,population capacity of land resources in this region is studied based on the gray system model.Some measures are put forward to coordinate the development of population and farmland to provide the local government some references of development strategies.
