摘　　要：针对灭菌器细小塑件的结构与使用特征,确定该模具采用多种塑件混排、侧浇口进料、转浇口镶件、弹簧侧抽、联合脱模机构的总体结构,重点介绍了该模具的结构、工作过程以及结构设计要点。经检验,塑件外观光滑、美观,模具动作灵活、可靠。According to the structure and use characteristics of sterilizer small plastic parts,the mould adopts mixed arrangement of plastic parts,side sprue feeding,turn-sprue inserts,spring side pumping, unite-mold emptier of the overall structure. The structure characteristics and the working principle and its structure design were described. After examination, plastic parts look smooth, beautiful,diemovement flexible and reliable.
