摘  要:建立了微波辅助萃取-超高效液相色谱(MAE-UPLC)法同时测定纸质食品接触材料中18种多环芳烃(PAHs)。在信噪比(S/N)为3的条件下,18种PAHs的检出限为0.02~0.1mg/kg。该方法简便快捷、定性定量准确、灵敏度高,适用于纸质食品接触材料中多环芳烃的同时测定。An effective method was established for the simultaneous determination of 18 banned polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in paper packaging materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs by ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) combined with microwave assisted extraction(MAE). The detection limits varied from 0.02 mg/kg to 0.1 mg/kg at the condition of signal to noise(S/N)=3. The proposed method was simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate,applicable for the analysis of banned PAHs in paper packaging materials.
