摘  要:龟甲胶样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)测定龟甲胶中砷、铅、铬、镉、铜、汞6种有害元素,其中砷用碰撞室技术(CCT)测定,6种元素的检测限范围为0.009~0.036ng/mL,样品加标回收率为85.1%~113.6%,相对标准偏差小于10%。该法简便、快速,可用于龟甲胶中上述6种有害元素的检测。After the microwave digestion, As, Pb,Cr,Cd, Cu and Hg in Guijiajiao were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Especially,As was determined by collision cell technodogy. The detection limit ranges of the 6 hazardous elements were 0. 009-0. 036 ng/mL. The average recoveries of the 6 elements were in the range of 85. 1%-113.6% with the relative standard deviations less than 10%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can he used to determine the contents of 6 hazardous elements in Guijiajiao.
