摘 要:钒钛铁精矿采用常规工艺烧结存在产品质量差、利用系数低和固体燃耗高等问题,为此,本文研究了全钒钛磁铁精矿复合造块工艺。结果表明:采用复合造块工艺产品的转鼓强度达到60.71%,成品率达到71.10%,利用系数达到1.42 t/(m2·h),较常规工艺烧结分别提高5.54%和8.39%,0.21 t/(m2·h)。复合造块工艺能够实现全钒钛磁铁精矿超高料层烧结,料层高度为900 mm时,固体燃耗为45.20 kg/t,较常规烧结降低7.91 kg/t,能取得显著的增产节能效果。Adopting conventional sintering process of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrates has such problems as poor product quality,low utilization coefficient and high solid fuel consumption. In this study, the Composite Agglomeration Process (CAP) was studied using 100% vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrates as sintering raw materials. The results show that,by using CAP, the ]SO tumbling index of process product reaches 60. 71%, the product yield reaches 71.10%, the utilization coefficient reaches 1.42 t/( m2 ~ h), which respectively increases by 5.54% , 8.39% and 0. 21 t/( m2 ~ h) compared with the conventional sintering process. The CAP can realize uhra-deep bed depth sintering,when the bed depth is 900 mm,the solid fuel consumption is 45.20 kg/t, which is 7.91 kg/t lower than the product of conventional sintering process, and remarkable production increasing and energy saving effect can be obtained.
