摘 要:双层铬电镀工艺通常在底层施镀硬度较低、微孔较少的乳白铬以满足工件的防腐要求,再在表面施镀硬度较高、布满微裂纹的硬铬以满足耐磨性要求。本文结合双层铬电镀工艺的特点,论述了电镀自动生产线槽液及主要设备的日常维护方法,包括槽液组分和杂质控制,槽体、槽液保温系统、绝缘部位、工装挂具和整流器的维护等,并介绍了生产线配套的冲洗水和铬雾收集回用系统,以及含铬废水和酸碱废水处理系统的使用方法,可为双层铬电镀生产管理提供参考。A double-layer chromium electroplating process is usually conducted by electroplating a milk-white chromium coating with low hardness and less micropore as a bottom layer to meet the requirement of corrosion protection and then a hard chromium coating with high hardness and more micro-cracks as a top layer to fulfill the need of wear resistance. In this paper, based on the characteristics of double-layer chromium electroplating process, the daily maintenance methods for bath and main equipments of an automatic electroplating line were discussed, involving bath composition and impurity control, as well as maintenance of tank, thermal insulation system, insulated parts, rack, and rectifier. The use methods of the rinse water and chrome mist collecting and recycle system and the chromium- containing wastewater and acidic and alkaline wastewater treatment system matching for the production line were introduced. It can provide a reference for double-layer chromium electroplating production management.
