兰州湾脆蘑rDNA ITS序列分析及生物学特性研究

摘　　要：兰州湾脆蘑是新疆特有的野生优质食用菌，目前还未对其进行分类鉴定。通过PCR扩增兰州湾脆蘑组织分离菌株的核糖体转录间隔区片段，并对其进行测序分析，探究其生物学特性。结果表明，组织分离菌株与荷叶离褶伞（GenBank登录号JF908330．1）相似度为99％，认为是荷叶离褶伞变种。生物学特性试验表明，兰州湾脆蘑菌丝生长的最适碳氮源分别是红糖和麸皮，最适碳氮质量比为50：1，最适pH为6，最适温度20～22．5℃。Lyophyllum decastes is a special wild edible mushroom in Xinjiang provice,by far which has not been identified and classified.The internal transcribed spacer of Lyophyllum decastes was sequenced after PCR amplification and biological characters was detected.Our data confirmed that the fungus is a variant of Lyophyllum decastes.The research on biological characters showed that mycelium grew well when brown in the medium with sugar and bran served as the carbon and nitrogen sources in the ration of 50∶1,pH 6.0and 20-22.5℃.
