摘　　要：硫主要用于生产化肥,直接关系到国家的粮食安全,然而我国硫资源的对外依存度较高,是世界第一大进口国,如何保障硫资源的供应安全成为目前迫切需要解决的问题。本文首先对我国硫资源的资源情况、生产及消费现状等进行了分析,并结合相关行业的发展及未来国家政策的影响等因素,分情景对未来国内硫资源的供需趋势进行了预测。最后在此基础上提出了积极调整产业结构、优化硫资源的供应来源、加大硫资源回收力度,合理设置产业布局、提高资源利用效率,提高企业集中度、增强国际话语权,重视人才培养、提高核心竞争力等保障我国硫资源安全供应的对策建议,以期为我国制定合理的硫资源发展战略,实现硫资源的完全自给,保障我国粮食安全提供理论支持。Sulfur is mainly used for the production of fertilizer ,is directly related to national food security .However sulfur resources in China is high external dependency ,and china is the largest important of sulfur resources .How to ensure the security of the supply of sulfur resources is the urgent problem need to solve .This paper first introduced the current reserves ,production and consumption of sulfur resource , and the supply and demand situation of sulfur resources is analyzed and predicted based on the development of related industries and possible changes of the policies of sulfur resources in China .Finally on the basis of this we put forward some countermeasures to ensure the safety of China′s sulfur resources supply ,such as actively adjusting the industrial structure ,optimizing the source of supply of sulfur resources ,increasing the intensity of sulfur resource recovery ,setting up reasonable industrial layout ,and improving the efficiency of resource utilization ,improving the concentration of enterprises ,enhancing the international voice ,attaching great importance to the talent training ,and improving the core competitiveness ,so as to formulate reasonable sulfur resources development strategy in our country ,the self-sufficient in sulfur resources fully ,to provide theoretical support to protect the safety of food in our country .
