摘 要:以耐高温干旱柞蚕黄体色品种沈黄1号选育早期分离世代发现的成虫前翅前缘脉呈红褐色的特征性个体为育种素材,采用系统选育的方法,历经6年12代选育出黄体色大茧型新品种沈黄2号,并与现行青黄蚕大茧型品种特大组配成杂交组合沈黄2号×特大。沈黄2号秋季小区饲养千粒茧质量10.10 kg,全茧量11.12 g,茧层率10.79%;在品种比较试验中的千克卵收茧量春季比沈黄1号增产5.49%,秋季增产3.46%;在繁种试验中的单蛾收茧量春季比沈黄1号增产5.89%,秋季增产2.26%。沈黄2号×特大的千克卵收茧量春季比沈黄1号×选大1号增产4.53%,秋季增产8.96%。新品种及其杂交组合对柞蚕核型多角体病毒和柞蚕链球菌的侵染有较强的抵抗能力,属于强健性丰产型品种和杂交组合,其中沈黄2号在春季的增产效果明显,沈黄2号×特大在秋季的增产效果明显,由此实现了对耐高温干旱柞蚕黄体色品种的全茧量遗传改良育种目标。The characteristic individuals with reddish brown forewing costa during adult stage that found in the early breeding separate generations of yellow Chinese oak silkworm variety Shenhuang 1 were selected as breeding material for systematic selection.A novel yellow body color Chinese oak silkworm variety spinning large cocoons,named Shenhuang 2,has been obtained after 12 generations years of breeding effort in 6 years,and crossed with Teda,a current green-yellow variety spinning large cocoons,to obtain the hybrid combination Shenhuang 2 × Teda.In autumn plot rearing of Shenhuang 2,the thousand-cocoon weight was 10.10 kg,the cocoon weight was 11.12 g and the cocoon shell percentange was 10.79%.In variety comparative test of Shenhuang 2,the yield increased by 5.49% per kilogram eggs in spring and 3.46% per kilogram eggs in autumn compared with Shenhuang 1.In egg production test of Shenhuang 2,the yield increased by 5.89% per moth in spring and 2.26% per moth in autumn compared with Shenhuang 1.Shenhuang 2 × Teda increased the yield by 4.53% per kilogram eggs in spring and 8.96% per kilogram eggs in autumn compared with Shenhuang 1 × Xuanda 1.Shenhuang 2 and Shenhuang 2 × Teda were strongly resistant to infections of Antheraea pernyi nucleopolyhedrovirus and Streptococcus pernyi.Shenhuang 2 and Shenhuang2 × Teda were strongly resistant and highly productivevariety and hybrid combination,among which Shenhuang 2 significantly increased the yield in spring and Shenhuang 2× Teda significantly increased the yield in autumn.This research realized the breeding aim to improve the cocoon weight genetically on high temperature-and drought-resistant yellow body color Chinese oak silkworm variety.
