新发房颤合并右束支阻滞患者的临床观察

摘　　要：12例新发心房颤动同时伴有右束支阻滞患者,在住院期间均出现包括室性心动过速、心室颤动、窦性停搏或三度房室阻滞等恶性心律失常。虽然经积极治疗有8例存活,但仍有4例死亡。存活者考虑与及时评估病情、尽早给予体外膜肺氧合和呼吸机等生命辅助支持有关。Twelveinpatientswithnew-onsetatrialfibrillationcomplicatingrightbundlebranch block all suffered from malignant arrhythmias including ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrilla-tion,sinus arrest and third degree atrial ventricular block during hospitalization.Although active treatments were taken,there were 8 patients surviving and yet 4 cases dead.It related to timely e-valuation of patients and an early life auxiliary support such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and breathing machine,etc that the 4 cases had survived.
