摘 要:目的探讨动态心电图心肌缺血总负荷(total ischemia burden,TIB)与冠脉CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)检查的相关性。方法选择104例有胸痛症状或有冠心病危险因素的患者行TIB和冠脉CTA检查。比较冠脉CTA检查阳性组和阴性组TIB的阳性率差异;以冠脉病变数目和TIB值行Spearman相关性检验。结果与冠脉CTA阴性组比较,冠脉CTA阳性组TIB阳性率明显增高(P<0.01);冠脉病变数目与TIB值之间相关系数r=0.532(P<0.01),表明冠脉病变数目和TIB值呈正相关。结论 TIB和冠脉CTA检查存在明显相关性,二者从心肌缺血定量和冠脉解剖狭窄程度两个不同侧面反映冠心病病变,联合使用有一定的临床价值。Objective Toexploretherelationshipbetweentotalischemiaburden(TIB)byam-bulatoryelectrocardiographyandcoronaryCTangiography(CTA)examination.Methods Onehun-dred and four patients with symptoms of chest pain or risk factors for coronary heart disease under-went TIB and coronary CTA examination.The positive rates of TIB between coronary CTA positive group and negative group were compared and Spearman correlation test was carried out between the numberofcoronarylesionsandTIBvalue.Results ComparedwithcoronaryCTAnegativegroup, the positive rate of TIB in positive group was significantly increased(P〈0.01 )while the correlation coefficient between the number of coronary lesions and TIB value was 0.532(P〈0.01 )indicating a positivecorrelation.Conclusion ThereisasignificantcorrelationbetweenTBIandcoronaryCTA examination.They reflect coronary heart disease in aspects of quantification of myocardial ischemia and degree of stenosis in coronary anatomy respectively and the combination of them are clinically valuable.
