摘　　要：结合2640纸机湿部真空系统的改造设计,对比分析了透平式真空泵与水环式真空泵的应用性能特点,通过对系统的运行测评计算,阐释了透平真空系统在造纸行业节能降耗方面的优势,可为相关设计人员今后的设计提供参考。Combining the design of 2640 paper machine vacuum system, performance characteristics of water ring vacuum pump and turbo vacuum pump are analyzed. Furthermore, the energy efficiency advantage of turbine vacuum system is illustrated through evaluation of operational system, which may provide reference to related designers in papermaking industry.
