摘  要:研究阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)与纳米结晶纤维素(Nano Crystallization Cellulose,简称NCC)及其二元体系对桉木浆抄造助留助滤的效果。结果表明:相同离子度的CPAM(离子度30%),400万分子量的助留助滤性能优于300万分子量,CPAM单添加体系助留助滤有较好效果;单独添加NCC对助留助滤有一定的效果,但不明显;NCC/CPAM二元体系在一定的用量范围内有优异的助留助滤作用,其效果要优于CPAM和NCC单添加体系。The application of nano-crystal cellulose/CPAM binary system as a retention and drainage agent in papermaking was explored. The results showed that: when the ionic degree of CPAIVI is 30%, the retention and drainage performance of CPAM1 (molecular weight is 4 000 000) is better than CPAM2 (molecular weight was 3 000 000), and the paper strength of hardwood paper was increased with adding CPAM; the effect of NCC on retention and drainage of filler is not obvious; NCC / CPAM binary system has excellent retention and drainage effect in a certain dosage range for hardwood pulp, the effect of NCC/CPANI binary system is better than single addition of CPAM and NCC.
