超高层商住楼的给排水设计探讨

摘　　要：超高层建筑是指建筑高度>100 m的高层民用建筑,代表民用建筑最先进的材料应用和技术水平。在实际设计过程中,由于超高层的实际层数和高度不同,会出现各种设计理念和对规范的理解。结合设计经验,对超高层商住楼给排水设计中常出现的问题进行分析,并提出建议。Ultra-high-rise building is defined as the high-rise civil architecture of which the architecture height being more than 100 m, representing the most advanced materials and technological levels of civil architecture. In the actual design process, due to the differences between actual layers and heights of the ultrahigh-rise, there will be a variety of design concepts and understandings for the specification.Combined with design experience, common problems in the drainage design of ultra-high-rise commercial & residential buildings are analyzed and some suggestions are recommended in this paper.
