摘  要:按照体积分数配制出不同配比的丁醇柴油,并在一台双缸直喷式柴油机上,对燃烧不同配比丁醇柴油时发动机的燃油经济性和排放性进行了试验。研究结果表明:在柴油机参数不做改变的情况下,燃烧丁醇柴油的当量燃油消耗率变化不大,颗粒排放显著减少,但HC排放明显增加;CO排放量在小负荷时略有增加,而在中高负荷时明显降低;NOx排放量在中小负荷工况下都有明显降低,但在大负荷工况下有所增加。Prepare the butanol-diesel of different ratio according to volume fraction.The effects of combustion butanol-diesel under different ratio on fuel economy and emission performance were investigated in a direct injection diesel engine with double cylinders. The results indicated that, without any modification, the equivalent fuel consumption of engine has little change, particle emission decreased obviously and HC emission increased when the engine was fueled with butanoldiesel. The CO emission decreased obviously at medium and high load, but increased slightly at low load. The NOx emission decreased obviously at light ormedcium load, but increased at high load.
