新型β-环糊精衍生物稀土成核剂的合成及其对聚丙烯结晶性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了1种由稀土金属镧化合物和环糊精笼型这一特殊结构构成的新型β-环糊精衍生物稀土成核剂(β-CD-MAH-La)对聚丙烯(i PP)结晶性能的影响。WAXD结果表明:β-CD-MAH-La能诱导i PP生成β晶型,当质量分数为0.8%时,β晶相对质量分数可达0.84;DSC曲线表明:β-CD-MAH-La在147℃出现β晶型熔融峰,改性i PP的结晶温度较空白i PP有明显地提高,表明添加了稀土β成核剂可诱导i PP中α晶向β晶转变,表明其具有高效的β成核作用。A novel rare earth-containing β nucleating agent , β-CD-MAH-La, was prepared and its influence on the crystallization characteristics of isotactic polypropylene（iPP） was investigated by using WAXD, DSC and POM. It was found that β-CD-MAH-La could act as a β nucleating agent and the content of β crystal was 0.84 when adding 0.8 β-CD-MAH-La. The DSC curve of nucleated PP with β-CD-MAH-La showed that melting peak of 147℃ which belong to β-crystal, moreover, the crystallization onset temperature and peak temperature were higher than pure iPP.
