摘  要:以某气象监测装置为例,运用Moldflow软件,在模具设计前对其端盖进行注塑成型的模拟以及结果分析。通过软件的浇口位置分析功能确定了最佳浇口位置,分析初始方案下塑件成型的主要缺陷,并确定塑件成型工艺方案。所涉及的塑件容易产生的主要缺陷是填充不完全及翘曲变形,利用软件对浇注系统和冷却系统工艺参数进行优化,从而减少制品产生的缺陷,同时通过调整保压曲线进一步减少了翘曲变形。确保了该气象装置端盖的浇注精度和浇注质量。End cover of meteorological monitoring device was taken as an example, before designing the mold,the Moldflow software had been used to simulate the injection molding process and analyzed their results . The best gate location had been confirmed by applying the best gate location model fitting. The main defects of the plastic molding under the initial plan had been analyzed. Plastic molding processing revised plan had been determined. The main defects for plastic parts were filled incompletely and warping deformation which was easy to produce. In order to reduced these defects of these plastic parts, the software had been used to optimize process parameters of gating system and cooling system . At the same time, the packing pressure curve optimizing function were applied,and the warpage deformation were decreased further.
