摘　　要：在新的历史时期,高校大学生思想政治工作任务更加艰巨。加强和创新大学生思想政治工作成为新的趋势。本文首先论述了加强和创新大学生思想政治工作的必要性,而后提出了加强和创新大学生思想政治工作的几点建议。作者提示高校的各级思想政治工作者,应在新形势下大力加强和创新大学生思想政治工作,努力培养出更多的德才兼备的高水平毕业生,以完成党和国家交给的培养高素质人才的重任。In the new historical period, the work task for the ideo-logical and political education of university students is more dif-ficult. To strengthen and innovate the ideological and political work of university students has become a new trend. This paper first discusses the necessity of strengthening and innovating the ideological and political work of university students, and then puts forward several suggestions for it. The author reminds uni-versity ideological and political workers at all levels, that they should vigorously strengthen and innovate the ideological and political work of university students in the new situation, and strive to cultivate more and more high-level graduates with both political integrity and professional competence, thus finishing the great task of cultivating high-quality talents.
