摘  要:选初重(4.13±0.16)g黑鲷幼鱼240尾,随机分为4组(每组3个重复),对照组(FM组)以鱼粉为主要蛋白源,试验组以大豆浓缩蛋白、肉骨粉、味精蛋白替代21.2%鱼粉,并将配方中FM组与空白组(即不添加氨基酸组)的赖氨酸(Lys)、蛋氨酸(Met)含量差值为标准,分别添加其差值的0、30%(Lys 1.7+Met 1.1)和100%(Lys 5.0+Met 3.4),分别记为LM(0)、LM(30)和LM(100)组。室内微流水养殖8周,每天人工投喂2次至饱食。结果表明:添加足量Lys和Met可显著提高黑鲷幼鱼肝脏、中肠蛋白酶活性及前肠脂肪酶活性。前、中肠纹状缘厚度与饲料Lys和Met水平呈正相关,以LM(100)组厚度最大,显著高于鱼粉组。相对于LM(0)组,饲料中足量添加Lys和Met可显著提高黑鲷幼鱼干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.05),有高于鱼粉组的趋势(P>0.05),少量添加则对其消化率无显著影响,必需氨基酸的表观消化率也呈现出同样趋势。Four experimental diets were formulated, with fish meal as the main protein source in control diet (FM), and 21.2% fish meal replaced by the mixture of soybean protein concentrate, meat and bone meal, and monosodium glutamate protein in replacement diets. Considering the difference value of Lys and Met content between FM group and blank control group (i. e. , no added amino acids) as standard, 0, 30% (Lys 1.7+Met 1.1) and 100% (Lys 5.0+Met 3.4) coated Lys and Met were added respectively, as diet LM(0), diet LM(30) and diet LM(100). Each diet was fed to tripli cate groups of 20 fish [initial mean weight, (4.13 ± 0.16) g] to apparent satiation in twice a day for 8 weeks. Results showed that adding 100% Lys and Met markedly improved the proteinase activities in liver and mid-gut (P〈0.05), as well as the lipase in fore-gut. There was a positive correlation between the increase in muscular layer thickness of foregut/mid-gut and the dietary Lys and Met level, and the thickness of those in diet LM(100) thicker than in diet FM (P〈 0.05). Comparing with diet LM(0), the apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) of dry matter, crude protein and crude lipid were markedly increased when enough Lys and Met added, even higher than those in diet FM (P〉0.05). The ADCs of essential amino acids showed similar trends as the Lys and Met content changed.
