摘 要:采用二因子(2×2)试验设计,研究2种饲养管理方式(A因子:A1.舍饲,A2.放牧+补饲)下不同组合[B因子:B1.特克赛尔(♂)×甘肃高山细毛羊(♀)(简称特甘细组合)和B2.甘肃高山细毛羊自繁组(简称甘高细组合)]的育肥效果。结果表明:平均日增重放牧+补饲组(139.21g·d-1)明显高于舍饲组(126.75g·d-1)(P>0.05),特甘细组合(135.52g·d-1)高于甘高细组合(130.43g·d-1)(P>0.05);饲养管理方式和杂交组合对育肥羔羊屠宰率、眼肌面积和GR值的影响不明显,但杂交组合对肉品质的影响显著;放牧+补饲组的经济效益明显高于舍饲组。由此可见,放牧+补饲是高寒牧区养殖小区羔羊冷季短期育肥的理想育肥模式,特甘细组合的育肥性能优于甘高细组合。The 2× 2 factorial experimental design was adopted to study the fattening effects of two feeding and management methods (factor A, A1. indoor feeding, A2. grazing+supplementary feeding) and different breeds (factor B,B1 . TG, hybrids of Gansu Alpine Merino sired by Texel, B2. GG, Gansu Alpine Merino). The results showed that average daily gain of grazing + supplementary feeding group (139.21 g · d^-1 ) was higher than that of indoor feeding group (126.75g · d^-1) (P〉0.05), and that of TG group (135.52 g · d^-1) was higher than that of GGgroup (130.43 g · d^-1) (P〉0. 05). Neither feeding and management method nor breeds had significant effects on dressing percentage, loineye area and GR value, but breeds had significant effect on meat quality. The economic benefit of grazing+supplementary feeding group was much higher than that of indoor feeding group. It can be concluded that grazing+supplementary feeding was a rational management model for lamb fattening in raising zones of alpine pastoral regions in cold season, and fat ring performance of hybrids was better than that of purebreds.
