摘　　要：目的:了解药学服务对服用中成药治疗感冒的影响,为临床药师对服用中成药治疗感冒合理干预提供依据。方法:我院自行设计调查问卷,采取随机抽样调查方法分成干预组和对照组进行调查,在南昌市行政区域内随机选取1个社区、1所学校和1个社区中心医院总共调查320例。内容包括受访者基本资料、感冒和中成药认知、中成药治疗感冒方案、依从性4部分。结果:干预14个月后,中成药治疗感冒方案良好者干预组和对照组分别为95%和53%,感冒和中成药认知良好者干预组和对照组分别为97%和57%,依从性良好者干预组和对照组分别为99%和52%。结论:社区居民使用中成药治疗感冒基本合理,药师的药学服务对社区居民帮助佷大,解决了社区居民在感冒和中成药认知、中成药治疗感冒方案和依从性等方面存在的问题,而持续的干预对社区居民服用中成药治疗感冒是必须的。Objective： To explore effects of pharmaceutical care on administration of chinese patent medicines for treating cold and to provide data that help clinical pharmacists carry out beneficial interventions. Method： A random sampling survey was conducted using questionnaires designed by jiangxi province chinese medicine research institute. In total, 320 subjects were first selected within administrative regions of nanchang, covering a residential community, a school and a community hospital, and later randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. The survey covered basic information of subjects, their knowledge about cold and chinese patent medicine, the methods they use for treating cold, and their compliance in taking these methods. Results： After 14 months＇ intervention, subjects using proper methods taking chinese patent medicine for cold reached 97% in treatment group, by contrast, the figure stood 53% in control group. Subjects with adequate knowledge about cold and chinese patent medicine reached 97% in treatment group, and the percentage was 57% in control group. Subjects in treatment group showing promising compliance in taking chinese patent medicine with proper methods rose to 99%, and the figure stood 52% in control group. Conclusion： Community residents have adequate knowledge of how to use chinese patent medicine to treat cold and pharmacists and pharmacy services prove very helpful in ensuring that community residents know more about cold, chinese patent medicine and correct methods to use it as well as in establishing beneficial compliance for them. Therefore, continuing intervention in the administration of chinese patent medicine among community residents is necessary.
