摘  要:新疆高校音乐专业维吾尔族学生因为民族身份、国家身份以及专业身份使得他们要同时面对三种不同的音乐体系,形成实践与理论脱节的知识结构。要改变这一现状就要引导学生树立"平等交流"的多元文化观念,摈弃狭隘认识,培育开放包容的文化胸怀,在"以我为主"的基础上兼收并蓄,逐步构建合理的多元知识格局。Uygur music majors in Xinjiang's colleges are influenced by three music systems,due to their own ethnic identity, national identity and professional identity. However, these three music systems develop unreasonably, and construct a practice-and-theory-disjointed knowledge structure in them, To change this situation, students should be guided to establish a multiculturalism concept featured with equal exchange,and abandon the narrow thoughts featured with arrogance or self belittling, fostering an open and inclusive cultural mentality. In this way, a reasonable diverse knowledge structure can be constructed by swallowing anything and everything on the basis of priority to oneself.
