摘 要:随着科技革命的不断深入,科技资源日益成为企业竞争发展的重要战略性资源,为企业科技进步和创新奠定了坚实的物质基础,同时,科学的科技资源管理模式有利于提升科技创新效率,因此,对科技资源管理模式的研究具有重要的现实意义。与已有的关于科技资源管理的研究不同,本文从企业微观层面,结合国家电网公司科技资源管理现状,借鉴国际一流企业科技资源管理经验,从科技人力资源、科技实验室资源以及科技成果资源三个方面出发,分别提出了科技人力资源管理、科技实验室资源管理和科技成果资源管理,并融合形成国家电网公司科技资源管理模式。,为国家电网公司加快建设国际一流科技创新体系提供支持。With the deepening revolution of the technological, science and technology resources are increasingly becoming an important strategic resource for competitive development of enterprises, and have laid a solid material foundation for enterprise technological progress and innovation. Moreover, scientific science and technology resources management pattern is conducive to enhance the effciency of technological innovation. Therefore, the researchon science and technology resources management pattern has important practical signiifcance. Compared from the existing research on science and technology resources management, in this paper, from the perspective of State Grid Corporation, the science and technology human resource management, the science and technology laboratory resource management and the science and technology achievements management were proposed combining the management status of State Grid Corporation. At last, the three managements have been fused to form the science and technology resources management pattern of State Grid Corporation. hTe aim of this paper is to accelerate the construction of world-class scientiifc and technological innovation system of State Grid Corporation.
