摘  要:经过在两相区退火和贝氏体区等温处理 ,研究了两种不同锰含量的低硅TRIP钢的组织和力学性能。试验结果表明 ,低硅和低锰钢的残留奥氏体量少 ,力学性能差 ;增加锰含量 ,能提高残留奥氏体量及拉伸强度和伸长率 ,其力学性能与常规低碳Si MnTRIP钢的水平相当。用电子探针测试了两相区退火钢中锰和硅的分布情况 。Microstructure and mechanical properties of the TRIP steels with lower content of Si(0 6wt%) and different content of Mn(1 3wt% and 1 8wt% respectively)have been investigated,which were annealed in two phase region and is othermally treated in bainite region.The results show that the steel with low content of Si and Mn has lower retained austenite contents,and poorer mechanical properties.However,if added more manganese,the TRIP steel has higher retained austenite content,tensile strength and elongation,and its mechanical properties can reach the same level as that of the conventional low carbon Si Mn TRIP steel.By using EPMA to measure the distribution of Mn and Si in two phase region,it shows that Mn element does not redistribute during intercritical annealing.
