摘　　要：近年来我国污水处理行业蓬勃发展,市场化进程推动了大批污水处理集团化企业的成立。对于新建立的集团企业,构建科学、合理、可行的工艺管理体系成为管理工作的重中之重。为促进我国污水处理行业管理水平的提升,立足集团化视角,对工艺管理主体、原则、策略、流程等方面进行设计,提出工艺类型、规模、数据的分类和对比管理理念以及工艺参数上下限预警管理机制,搭建污水处理集团企业的工艺管理体系,作为集团企业管理工作的参考。In recent years, China＇ s wastewater treatment industry is growing rapidly. Lots of wastewater treatment group companies appear under the promotion of market-oriented policies. For these new group companies, it is important to build a scientific, reasonable and feasible process management system. To promote China＇ s wastewater treatment industry management level, based on the perspective of group company, process management department, principles, policies, procedures and other aspects were designed. Classification and comparative management of wastewater treatment plants with different process types, scales and data were proposed. Upper and lower warning management of process parameters were recommended.
