摘 要:列举了镍基合金管主要腐蚀介质的临界值;总结了主要合金元素的作用及耐蚀机理;介绍了国内外耐蚀合金油井管的发展现状,相关钢管厂耐蚀合金油井管的化学成分、机械性能要求,及国内钢管厂利用高温高压釜设备模拟井况条件对镍基合金腐蚀产物膜的分析结果,和对其抗腐蚀能力的评价。The criticality values of the major corrosive medium for the nickel-base alloy tube are elaborated. The effects of the related major alloying elements and their corrosion resistant mechanism are summarized. Also presented here in the paper are the present development situations concerning the CRA oil well tubes at home and abroad, information about such products as manufactured by relevant steel tube plants, including chemical composition, mechanical property requirements and so on, and the analysis of the corrosion product film of the nickel-base alloy as performed by certain domestic steel tube plant with the autoclave under simulated well conditions. Moreover, the evaluation of corrosion resistance of the nickel-base alloy is conducted based on the said analysis.
