摘　　要：按照品管圈的步骤和方法探讨手术室医用耗材月采购次数高的原因和改进措施。品管圈的管理方法对降低手术室医用耗材月采购次数有效,该模式可在全院铺开,提高全院医用耗材领用工作的整体效率。Based on the operation procedure and methods of quality control circle （QCC）, this paper discusses the reasons of high frequency of purchasing medical consumables in operating room and puts forwards some improvement approaches to solve above problems. Management methods based on QCC not only can effectively reduce the frequency of purchasing medical consumables, but also can improve the efifciency of consumables requisition in the whole hospital.
